Bed & Breakfast Terms & Conditions
Bed & Breakfast bookings are subject to a 20% deposit being taken at time of booking, this can be in the form of either credit or debit card, or by cheque.
Whilst we will need to take your credit/debit card details for the purpose of completing the transaction, we do not intend in any way to store share or use your card details, or financial information. Any information received in the course of making the booking which may be retained. i.e name address, telephone number, email address etc. may be stored by us, however the information will not be shared with any third party, and whilst there is an option to have occasional emails from us, please let us know if you would prefer not to receive these.
The 20% deposit will be refunded if the booking is cancelled more
than 3 Working days before the start of your stay. Your stay will be
from 6pm on the first night of stay.
e.g if your stay is to commence on the thursday, you will need to
cancel before 6pm on monday prior to thursday. If your stay is to
commence monday, you will need to cancell before 6pm on wednesday
prior. If you are unsure about this please ask at time of booking.
Whilst everything is hoped to go smoothly, occaisionally things dont go to plan. should you have any complaints about your room during your stay, please see a member of staff, or there is a 24hr helpline you can ring from your phone in your room, free of charge.
